Subsequently, we collaborate with the individual and their families to create a personalized plan that supports their growth and thriving. Margie Williamson has served as the Executive Director of The Arc of South Carolina since April 2012. With more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector prior to joining The Arc, Margie brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal perspective to her leadership role. As the parent of a child with autism, she understands firsthand the challenges faced by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. This lived experience drives her passion for advocacy, inclusion, and the creation of meaningful opportunities for those The Arc supports. Her commitment to the disability community began early in her college years, where she worked closely with children on the autism spectrum, providing caregiver relief and advocating for critical services. Since then, she has built a career dedicated to advancing the rights and opportunities of people with IDD. Under her leadership, The Arc of South Carolina has strengthened its role as a voice for individuals with disabilities across the state. Margie has become a visible spokesperson on issues impacting the disability community, working alongside families, policymakers, and community partners to expand access to services, supports, and opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Rachel Harry Krishna, Director of Quality Assurance, grew up in San Diego, California. She joined our team at The Arc of South Carolina in August of 2016, after receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina. She is dedicated to working with individuals with lifelong disabilities to help them reach their maximum potential. Prior to joining The Arc, she provided direct patient support at various centers for disabilities. She enjoys working for an organization where she can help individuals with disabilities achieve increased respect and autonomy.

DeAndrea McMullen, Director of Case Management, joined The Arc of South Carolina in May of 2015. She is a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina, and a 2009 graduate of Francis Marion University. DeAndrea's passion for working with individuals with special needs started with her work with children on the Autism Spectrum as a behavioral therapist. She remains enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue serving individuals with disabilities with such a great organization.

Danni Bloom, Director of Outreach & Policy for The Arc of South Carolina, hails from the Lowcountry and now calls Chapin home. In 2000, her two-year-old son was diagnosed with autism, making The Arc’s mission deeply personal. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social & Behavioral Sciences from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from The Citadel.
As Director of Outreach & Policy, Danni leads statewide initiatives that promote advocacy, inclusion, and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). She oversees Wings for All®, Disability Advocacy Day at the South Carolina State House, and the MLK Day of Service PB&J Competition. Danni also manages communications, partnerships, and outreach across Arc chapters, connecting families and communities with vital resources throughout South Carolina.

Jennifer Hilligus, Quality Assurance Supervisor, is originally from the Finger Lakes region of New York State. Jennifer moved to South Carolina in 2020 and is excited about her new adventure at The Arc of South Carolina.

Samantha Noriega, Case Management Supervisor, is originally from Onsted, Michigan. She is a Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She moved to South Carolina in 2020 and joined The Arc of South Carolina in January 2023. Samantha has experience working in the affordable housing sector and enjoys applying that knowledge to advocate for individuals with disabilities to ensure they don't receive unfair treatment in the rental housing industry. She also enjoys participating in local community fundraising events. Samantha's supervision area covers the Pee Dee region.

Clarissa Stanley, Case Management Supervisor, joined The Arc of South Carolina in March of 2023, after relocating from Wilmington, Delaware. After receiving her Associate’s Degree, Clarissa continued her education earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science. She worked for 3 years as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor prior to finding her passion of working with those with disabilities. Clarissa’s experience in working with those with disabilities was obtained in the State’s sector, where she supported and advocated for adolescents with disabilities. Her passion, loyalty, and genuineness bring comfort to the families she serves. She is thankful to be a part of The Arc family and hopes her skills will add to the team. Marcia Jaggers, Team Lead, joined The Arc of South Carolina in February of 2022. She is a native of Chesterfield, South Carolina but has resided in Spartanburg since 2007, and now calls that home. She graduated from Lander University in 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, and received her Master's of Science Degree in Human Services with an emphasis on Community Psychology Counseling from Springfield College in 2006. Abby Rivera, Case Manager, was born and raised in Puerto Rico and has lived in New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Germany, Georgia, and South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Columbia Southern University and has been providing support and resources to families for over 11 years. Abby’s passion is helping parents of newly diagnosed children understand their child’s diagnosis and navigate the resources available to support them. She has personal experience as the mother of a teenage son, Jui, who has been diagnosed with Autism, Type 1 Diabetes, and ADHD. Abby is also a proud grandmother of two grandsons—one who lives in Indiana and another in Charlotte, North Carolina, who has been diagnosed with Autism. Amy Mayne, Case Manager, has called Columbia, SC home for the past 24 years, where she lives with her husband, Tom. Married for 34 years, they’ve raised three beautiful daughters together. Originally from Upstate New York, Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology in 1989. For over three decades, Amy and Tom have been passionate advocates within their community. Their family has grown to include their daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, a lively three-year-old grandson, and another grandson on the way. Shatara Jones, Case Manager, has lived in Charleston, South Carolina for a majority of her life. She graduated from Limestone College with a Degree in Social Work and a Minor in Psychology. Her greatest inspiration is her grandmother, who cares for her aunt who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth. She is a dedicated caregiver and has provided exemplary care to this day. She taught her the importance of helping those who couldn't help themselves. Shatara has worked in many different residential and nursing facilities over the past 14 years and prides herself on the care she provided and compassion she exuded for others. The joy of being able to work with individuals with disabilities and special needs has always been a goal in her heart, along with helping spread awareness, advocacy and happiness for people who need it the most. Jennifer Pugliese, Case Manager, moved from Northwestern Pennsylvania to South Carolina in May of 2022. She and her family finally moved into their new home in Lexington in July of 2022. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art with a Minor in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She spent 14 years as a single mother of 2 boys, one of whom has intellectual disabilities. When she remarried, she gained a daughter with intellectual disabilities, another son, and is now a proud mother of 4! She has 20 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. She has worked for nonprofits as a director of day programs and with community-based group homes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the homes. Additionally, she has spent the past 15 years working for the State of Pennsylvania in a residential care facility where she held many positions, from direct care staff to upper management. She loves helping people advocate for themselves and their loved ones, and helping them live their best lives. She is excited to be with The Arc of South Carolina and looks forward to learning all that South Carolina has to offer. Jennifer’s service areas include Lexington, Saluda, and Edgefield Counties.

Kristen Sulzman, Case Manager, recently relocated to South Carolina from Vermont with her husband to be closer to family. In 2015, Kristen earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology at the age of 50, graduating the same weekend as her daughter, Cori—a moment of shared pride. With a passion for working with diverse groups of people, Kristen has gained extensive experience in various fields, including nursing homes, a child psychiatric unit, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, child protective services, and most recently, as a volunteer coordinator at an all-male correctional facility. She found something fun and rewarding in each role! In her free time, Kristen loves exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, crafting, and reading. Her love for solving mysteries and embracing new challenges makes her excited to join The Arc of South Carolina, where she looks forward to making a difference. Celeste Gantt, Case Manager, has dedicated nearly 30 years to serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina as a public school teacher. A graduate of Columbia College, she has continued her professional development through coursework at the College of Charleston, Furman, Grand Canyon University, and several other South Carolina institutions. Celeste and her husband have opened their home to two former students, both of whom have gone on to lead fulfilling lives—one in public service and the other in the arts. Throughout her teaching career, she passionately advocated for students who lacked the support they needed. Now, she is thrilled to continue that advocacy in an official capacity, equipped with greater resources to make an impact. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with individuals and families, supporting them as they grow and thrive. Celeste's service area includes Colleton County.

Carter Zeck, Case Manager, joined our team after relocating to Columbia with his partner, Alexi, following his graduation from South Dakota State University with a degree in Sociology. With seven years of experience as a Direct Support Professional in both North and South Dakota, Carter is deeply committed to working with individuals with disabilities and their families. His dedication stems from a lifelong passion for serving others and advocating for those who may not have the skills, knowledge, abilities, or opportunities to advocate for themselves. Inspired by his brother, Foster, who has Autism, and the many people who have supported Foster throughout his journey, Carter is driven to make a positive impact in the lives of those he serves. His service area includes the Midlands.

Jada Nelson, Case Manager, earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She is passionate about helping others and strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. With a compassionate and person-centered approach, Jada is also very committed to supporting individuals in achieving their fullest potential. Abe Strader, Case Manager, joined The Arc of South Carolina team in October 2024. A native of Lakeville, Minnesota, Abe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He brings a strong passion for empowering youth and individuals with disabilities, supporting them in achieving both short- and long-term goals. In his free time, Abe enjoys hiking with his goldendoodle, Sully, spending time with his girlfriend and family, and playing basketball. Abe serves clients in York County.

Bianca Addison joined The Arc of South Carolina as a Case Manager in April 2025. A native of Florence, SC, Bianca's passion for supporting individuals with disabilities began early through personal experiences with her loved ones. Her interest in science and healthcare led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina, followed by a Master of Health Services Administration from Strayer University. As a dedicated mother of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Bianca brings firsthand knowledge of navigating care systems and advocating for families. Her compassion, determination, and professional background make her a valued member of our team. Bianca serves individuals and families in Florence, Clarendon, and Williamsburg Counties.

Madison Daugherty, Case Manager for the Arc of South Carolina, moved to the Charleston area in 2019. Madison has worked with families, adults, and children with disabilities in the roles of classroom teacher and ABA therapist. Madison received her Bachelor’s Degree in education from Duquesne University and her Master’s Degree in education from Francis Marion University. Madison is excited to be an advocate for adults and children with disabilities on the path to achieving their goals independently. She treasures the relationships she has with her clients and cannot wait to see them succeed. Madison looks forward to growing as case manager with the Arc of South Carolina. Her service area includes Mount Pleasant.

Beth DelRocini, Case Manager, is originally from Pennsylvania and relocated to South Carolina in 2023. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, which she earned in 2014. With a solid background in social services, Beth has experience in child protective services, older adult protective services, and community mental health. Her passion lies in helping others and advocating for those who may not always be able or willing to advocate for themselves. Now part of The Arc of South Carolina team, Beth is eager to build strong connections with the families she serves in the Myrtle Beach area. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband.

Nicole McCoid, Case Manager, is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College with a degree in Criminal Justice. Originally from Kings Mountain, North Carolina, Nicole has always been passionate about working with children. She began her career supporting abused and neglected youth, guided by a deep commitment to helping children overcome adversity. With a strong belief in every child’s potential, Nicole finds purpose in creating positive, supportive environments that empower young people to succeed and thrive. She joined The Arc of South Carolina in April 2025 and now serves individuals and families in the Chesterfield County area. As she begins her role as a Case Manager, Nicole is excited to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting, positive impact in the lives of those she supports.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Child Development and Family Studies from North Carolina Central University and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from the University of Phoenix - Columbia, SC Campus. Jennifer Wilkie, Case Manager, is a native of Boiling Springs, SC. Jennifer has been working with individuals with disabilities for over eight years in schools, healthcare, and home settings. She graduated from Limestone University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently working toward a Master’s in Psychology. Jennifer is a strong advocate for those with disabilities and believes in full support through finding resources and educating others on how to help. She has two beautiful children and loves being a mom. Jennifer enjoys being spontaneous, which is why in her spare time you will probably find her at Disney World hanging out with Mickey and Minnie. Disney is her happy place, where she can experience the joy of being a child again! Jennifer looks forward to bringing that joy and spirit to the clients and families she serves in the Spartanburg and Union County areas.

Antonio Moran, Case Manager, is a U.S. Air Force veteran with experience living and studying in both the United States and Mexico. Antonio is deeply involved in his community, volunteering as a translator, outreach event facilitator, and child advocate with the Early Childhood Common Agenda. Beth Parker, Case Manager, was born and raised in the southern suburbs of Chicago before moving to Ventura, California in 1984 and later to South Carolina in 2024. Determined to further her education while balancing full-time work and family life, Beth returned to school as an adult with a son just beginning high school. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2007 with a degree in Sociology. With more than 35 years of experience in social services, Beth has worked across a wide range of programs including welfare and welfare-to-work initiatives, children and family services, and most recently, housing programs providing case management to previously homeless veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. Throughout her career, Beth has been deeply committed to serving people of all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. She finds great fulfillment in working with organizations that share her dedication to compassion, equity, and empowerment. Beth proudly serves individuals and families in the Greenwood and Abbeville County areas.
