EdVenture Sensory Nights!
South Carolina State Museum's Accessibility Mornings

Each month the museum hosts a special morning designed for families of children, teenagers, young adults and adults who would benefit from a quieter, sensory-friendly and disability-adapted experience. Guests who are neurodiverse, autistic, or have other disabilities are welcome to participate in the activities such as open explorations of museum galleries, meet and greets, sensory shows, ASL interpreter services, sensory room, and more!

Able SC & The Comet offer V-Trip!

The V-TRIP program gives riders up to 150 miles a month, or $88 a month, to pay the friends, neighbors, or family living outside their household to drive them.

SOS Care Needs Your Opinion!

SOS Care, in collaboration with First Place Global Leadership Institute is conducting a Charleston housing market analysis of adults with autism or other intellectual/developmental disabilities. The analysis starts with soliciting the opinions of families and self-advocates through the distribution of a survey—and we need to hear from you!

Upstate Families: Outshine Summer Reading Program

The Center for Developmental Services says, "Bring the kiddos, ages 3-13, each Wednesday from 1-2:30 p.m.- volunteers will read to the littles + help the older kids with their reading!"

Low Country Families: Pockets for of Sunshine Fun in the Sun!

Fun in the Sun: June 9, 9am-12pm You will not want to miss this free and inclusive event held annually beachfront at The Marriott Vacation Club International’s SurfWatch Resort. This annual event gives all community members, no matter their age or ability, the opportunity to enjoy the beach in a safe and inclusive setting. Activities will include paddle boarding, boogie boarding, surfing, beach games, and relaxation. Hilton Head Island!

Career Boost: Sessions of Sumer
