Family Connection SC Buddy Walk 2025 Nov 2

Family Connection will host their annual Buddy Walk on Sunday, November 2 at Saluda Shoals Park Athletic Fields!

Autism Connecting Conference for Moms Nov. 15th

Moms of children with autism are invited to a day of learning, relaxation, and connection at the Autism Connecting Conference on Saturday, November 15, 2025 in Greenville, SC.

Research Opportunity for Families with Children Ages 7–11

Who Can Participate? Children between the ages of 7 and 11 with autism or typical development. What’s Involved? A one-time in-person behavioral assessment (in your home or at the lab, approximately 3 hours)

SC State Museum's Accessibility Mornings

Each month the museum hosts a special morning designed for families of children, teenagers, young adults and adults who would benefit from a quieter, sensory-friendly and disability-adapted experience. Guests who are neurodiverse, autistic, or have other disabilities are welcome to participate in the activities such as open explorations of museum galleries, meet and greets, sensory shows, ASL interpreter services, sensory room, and more! Blue Envelope Project in SC

The Blue Envelope Project is a grassroots effort to improve safety and communication between law enforcement and Autistic drivers in South Carolina. It advocates for a statewide program that provides key information in a clearly marked envelope during traffic stops.

The SC Supported Decision Making Project

Educating parents, professionals, and people with disabilities about effective alternatives to guardianship.
