Walk This Way! - Embrace Wellness and Community
At The Arc of South Carolina, we are passionate about promoting physical activity, healthy eating, and fostering new friendships. Our Walk This Way! program brings people together from all walks of life, including those with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities, to walk or roll in community walking groups.
While the Covid pandemic has changed how we gather, it has not changed our commitment to wellness. We recognize the need for a more flexible, self-guided approach to staying active and connected.
Self-Guided Walking Groups
Walk This Way! is now designed to empower you to create your own walking groups within your neighborhoods. You can use our extensive library of resources and information to start and maintain your own walking program, tailored to your schedule and community.
Stay Connected and Inspired
We encourage you to share your stories, challenges, and progress with us and others. Join our Walk This Way! Facebook page where you can connect with fellow walkers, celebrate your achievements, and find inspiration to keep moving.
